States that refuse to help resettle Syrian refugees are guilty of illegal discrimination, a federal appeals court ruled Monday, delivering a judicial rebuke to GOP vice presidential nominee Mike Pence, who as Indiana’s governor had tried to halt Syrian resettlement.
Judge Richard Posner, writing for the three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, said there’s no evidence that Syrians are more dangerous, and he said even if they are, allowing Indiana to refuse to resettle them would only foist the problem onto neighboring states.
“Federal law does not allow a governor to deport to other states immigrants he deems dangerous,” Judge Posner wrote, saying the governor should instead report his fears to federal bureaucrats for redress.

Some state should declare itself a “sanctuary state” and tell the feds they aren’t going to enforce or comply with any federal regulations at all. Then we could all have place to migrate to.

If residents of states believe that these Syrians are a clear and present danger that would be a basis for a break-up of the Union.

They also delivered a rebuke to millions of ordinary Americans who are alarmed by being forced to live alongside potentially unlimited numbers of Muslims who will not assimilate and who are instructed by their holy book to kill anyone who doesn't accept their religion.

If the congress voted not to allow syrian "refugees"INVADERS into the Country, yet the Dictator in Chief went ahead, what authority does this "judge" have to force states to comply?
It would be different if the individuals were not bound by allah and sharia to take their constitution and install it wherever they go.
These “refugees” are enemy combatants here with one thing in mind, to replace the American constitution with that of islam.
They are an occupying invasive enemy force.
Nothing more than enemies of the state.
