Investigation so far indicates train was moving in excess of 30 mph when it reached the end of the tracks....according to FoxNews television.
They will undoubtedly be reviewing the data further.

I don't recall them establishing he was texting.
He did give an account about his cab being impacted.
That area apparently had suffered many thrown objects and even gunshots at trains over the years.
That should naturally be considered completely unacceptable and prosecuted to full extent of the law.
