The court has made its ruling, now let them enforce it. This changes nothing. Who exactly is going to stop Barry and his minions from bring in anyone and everyone they want? You think after almost 8 years this administration is suddenly going to start following court orders?

This decision leaves the loss in place, and also leaves Obama and his activism with no tools left to intrude on legislative jurisdiction.

.....way past time for states to start dropping lawsuits against the obama regime...

Could not agree more....long overdue. The Boob's actions and E/O's are those of an emperor....not a president. Obamacare should have been challenged immediately upon passage......the official lies to get it passed are monumental.

Another biggie.....state AG's could also close down the Clinton Crime Foundation. The opinion of whistleblower Charles Ortel quoting a former managing director of Dillon, Read & Co opined: "under New York law, tax authorities don't have to show criminal intent to get convictions against foundation officials."

" Authorities need only show that the Clinton Foundation filed materially misleading financial information but kept on fundraising for a myriad of do-good projects."

Let's keep in mind, the criminal element's MO to hide larger crimes is to falsify official documents.

Ortel emphasized state AG's could shut down the C/F (same way 25 state A/G's stopped Obama's immigration E/O's).

This decision leaves Obama (the Constitution {gag} teacher) with no tools left to intrude on legislative jurisdiction. Had Obama worked in good faith rather than leveraging the issue for cheap demagoguery, he might have found a Congressional compromise.....he could have prioritized immigration reform while his party controlled Congress, rather than backing a useless and expensive stimulus package (and the disastrous ObamaCare legislation). He might have made himself and Democrats a lot more popular in midterm elections, too.

Speaking of midterms......(smirk) odd how the 2016 electoral map
resembles the 2014 midterm map---when Democrats got slaughtered.

<>

2016 is an electoral projection map----2014 is Congressional race results.
