I’m kicking myself for losing friends and business just to get the Bush’s elected, and maintain their support.

You did the right thing. Even Trump and Cruz are compromise choices, if you think about it.
But when we have a viable opportunity to do incrementally better, we must run with it.

I totally regret voting for GWB. One thing for sure, I will NEVER vote for a GOPe hack again. Never.
