Cruz has been seeking to cost Trump as many votes and dollars possible by not lending his brotherly support. Prior to his presidential primary loss, he joined forces and was bought and paid for by globalist hell-bent on puppeteering this election by massive spending and manipulation of republican delegates.
If Hillary wins, the Cruz family wins!!!
He succeeds and prospers via her employer Goldman Sachs and all the rest the uber-billionaires who backed him. Plus, he will ressurect himself in 2020.
Danger Danger Danger
Most who are in the market have “won” with O in office . . . gaining hundreds of thousands of dollars in their savings, investment and retirement account(s) . . . on paper.
Probably gain even more with Hillary too.
That said . . . I was a supporter of Cruz, still a supporter of Cruz for 2018 and have already donated . . . BUT I will be voting for Trump in November. Yes, I like making lots of money in the market . . . but I care more for our country than to vote for Crooked Hillary. That said, doesn’t mean I have turn against conservatives in the Senate to do it.
We each get one vote. No sense in wasting time calling names. THAT is what liberals do.
As long as you know what I meant jackass
I'm a #NeverCruz guy myself but will say this: Cruz is arguably the best debater of a generation. His command of the facts, his arguments in front of the US Supreme Court in defense of the Second Amendment for example are frankly, awe inspiring (read his arguments.)
If he's offering help on how to go after Shrillary and it benefits Trump in the next debate, I'm all for it.
I think it'd be to Trumps benefit in numerous ways (and not just debate prep) to accept the offer.
“Do you think the average hourly working citizen cares about
articulation and three syllable words or does he want to hear the real deal...”
Agree, one of Trump’s strengths is his ability to speak concisely and simply. That said, he was way off his game Monday. Cruz’s style is smarmy & unlikeable, but if you read what he says (as opposed to LISTEN to him), it is usually focused on a few important principles and is appealing.
Trump lacked focus and needs someone to help him identify the key points to hammer and how to turn the focus back on Hillary’s negatives every time she tries to get under his skin. Anybody who argues that she did not get under his skin Monday is simply not being honest.
Trump cannot win just by keeping his core supporters. Trying to expand that base by pandering to special interests (e.g., promising childcare to everybody) risks losing his core. I was hoping somebody like Jeff Sessions would help Trump shape his debate strategy. Whoever prepared him for Monday night should be fired.
Not having a good team in place says something about his leadership, though.
It’s time for Trump supporters to stop bashing their own man’s performance.
Trump handled the debate the best way for a first debate against a female. Second guessers don’t realize the trouble that Trump avoided by handling it his way.
He’s smart and has gotten this far. We should shut up now.
