Okay - I always looked at the "Gay" thing to be a lagniappe to top off the terrorism, with the anti-America/Terrorism being the driving impetus.

Maybe one day we will start getting better info from our government than, "We once had him/them on our RADAR but found no credible threat so we erased all our data and were really surprised when the original concerns turned out to be true"....
