PHILADELPHIA -- Hillary Clinton’s campaign is aggressively outworking Donald Trump in battleground Pennsylvania, a state the billionaire businessman can scarcely afford to lose and still hope to become president.
Despite polling well in Pennsylvania throughout the summer, Clinton’s team is nevertheless bearing down in a state her party has carried in six straight elections. They are ratcheting up advertising and dispatching their top supporters to Pennsylvania, from Bill Clinton to Joe Biden to last week’s visit from President Barack Obama.
“We’ve got to fight for this thing,” Obama thundered at a rally in Philadelphia last Tuesday. “I need you to work as hard for Hillary as you did for me. I need you to knock on doors. I need you to make phone calls. You’ve got to talk to your friends, including your Republican friends.”

LOL. See-BS looked at all the polls in all the swing states and went into a panic because most showed Trump surging, so they took the one state where Hillary was still holding on to a lead and play it up as if all is OK on the USS Hillary.
“her party has carried in six straight elections” -— If she is working so hard here (I live in PA), then something is wrong with her or her campaign.
Oh look it’s this story again. They’re doing the exact same thing with this story that they did with “dark” after his convention speech, only they’re releasing it more slowly over time this time.
Not for long. In fact, I say within the next few weeks expect Trump to blow by Hillary even in Pennsylvania, mostly because everywhere else in the state will be overwhelmingly in favor of Trump. Unlike 2012, Trump will have a large group of “boots on the ground” to watch for people trying to intimidate voters like the New Black Panthers in the Philadelphia area.
It’s easy to have a brilliant strategy in Pennsylvania when all you have to do is produce amazing numbers in Philadelphia.

Dear Mr. Trump, keep campaigning for black and Latin votes, you are doing what every R candidate has failed to do for many years, reaching out to expand the base and be a President of all Americans. You can get a lot more black and Latin votes, too! They, like most Americans and actually worse.....have suffered tremendously under Obama’s anti-jobs regime!!!!
Second idea: go to Philadelphia and Chicago and a couple more big cities like that...........and include campaign visits to the local cemetaries ... give just a 3 minute speech to the graves ... all about how you hope to be a good president for them, too.....that they have a choice this year and do not have to waste their votes on the D ticket and HilLIARY ......
have your little 3 minute sppeal to the Deceased Democratic Voting Block videotaped and let the leftist mass media have a ball making fun of it!!!! as long as it gets broadcast, and it will....the media won’t be able to resist covering these “expand the base to include the Next Life” speeches...... ha ha...... the voters WILL LOVE IT and GET THE MESSAGE!

Philly is the one place where they know they can draw a respectable crowd by employing the usual sordid techniques.
It will be interesting to watch. See if Hillary pours resources into PA and it doesn’t help.

PA is not worth it. The only way a GOP candidate wins is if the vote outside Allegheny and Philadelphia Counties is too big a gap to close with fraud.
Ohio is a better use of resources, because if PA goes then its already a landslide.

Pennsylvania is so good at getting people to vote that they had better than 100% percent turnout in some precincts in previous elections.
If Clinton were campaigning in Pittsburgh I would be worried.
On my 270Towin.com map, I had Pa and Michigan staying Democrat as I did Mn. I had Va, NC, Co, NM, NV, Florida, Ohio, Iowa and Wisc going to Trump. Trump wins with 293 EVs. It’s 50/50% right now he wins Pa, Michigan, and NH. If he keeps gaining a point a week or two nationally NJ, NY and yes a pacific coast state is in danger and Pa and Michigan are goners.
