Susan Fowler started recording after a 64-year-old man with disabilities was pulled from his car, put in a chokehold and punched.

The victim was arguing with the attacker's girlfriend because she parked in the disabled spot he needed. Witnesses said she didn't have a placard.
"He was yelling to the lady, 'I'm handicapped. This is for handicapped people.' And the lady was just irate, and she was cursing at him and screaming, 'I don't give a "f" what you are,'" Fowler said.
She said the woman's boyfriend then pulled up to the store and started attacking the man.

Just call 911, tell them it’s not an emergency but you have a violation and a license plate number for them.

According to a friend who lives in the Sacramento delta area, the Obama admin has been putting up section 8 housing throughout California suburbia, stocking them with poor blacks, and the crime rate is going up drastically.
If the had a BLM parking spot this would not have happened.

Fairfield CA is home to a rather large military base so chances are this may have been a disabled vet or civil servant who was attacked.
This man’s injuries are on Hillary’s hands.

The whole point of section 8 legislation is to enable people who don’t work and who live on welfare to move into any neighborhood, town, or village in the country, knowing that these people will undermine and soon destroy the quality of life wherever they reside. That is the game plan, and the same plan is now being used to infiltrate illegal immigrants (read criminals) into every area of the country. Don’t know about Agenda 21? Perhaps it’s time to do a little research.
