Mr Bill is obviously not effectively influencing Mrs Bill’s campaign. His practice,as soon as a scandal became a SCANDAL he put all the relevant information out in one big tranch on a Friday evening. When it came up the following Monday he would be out of touch. By the time reporters asked him about it it was “old news.” The MSM gladly mentioned that it was “old news” once then never mentioned it again. It worked, over and over. His wife did not learn the technique.
