Gates is not anyone I've ever looked to for insights into foreign policy, or any other issue. Did Hillary's speech writers write this article for him?

No, he has stated that ISIS and terrorism be defeated. It was Obama and Hillery who WALKED away from the region when they withdrew American soldiers from Iraq.

WTF is Gates talking about? Good Lord, the only other subject Trump has spoken more of is immigration. He has said many times what his view is of the use of force and the military. Geesh.
I see this a lot. “Expert commentators” say things that are flat out untrue because they don’t know his policies.
Where Gates, and all the establishment analysts, fail is disregarding Trump’s history of surrounding himself with intelligent people in contrast with Clinton’s history of surrounding herself with sycophants and crooks.
Gates must be suffering from the first stages of Alzheimer’s or senility if he actually said that about Trump.
Maybe his rat side of his brain is overthrowing the rest of his brain.
Last but not least, the WSJ is owned and controlled by Rupert Murdoch the owner of Faux news. Any anti Trump bs by either company is mythical and F.A.C.T. (Fiction Abetting Clinton’s Thugs)!
Gates is too busy taking care of the limp wrists’ to notice what Trump has to say about the military.
Gates misrepresents so many aspects of Trump’s views and statements that it is impossible for me to take this seriously.
