The Obama administration is seeking to ban states from defunding Planned Parenthood by quietly implementing a new Title X rule that would limit states’ ability to direct federal funds.
The proposed Health and Human Services rule would ban states from using criteria not based on ability to provide services when determining which family planning centers get federal funding. Several states stripped Planned Parenthood of these federal funds in the last year after a series of undercover videos exposed the non-profit’s trade in aborted fetus parts, and 13 states have now stripped the funds since 2011.
“The amendment precludes project recipients from using criteria in their selection of subrecipients that are unrelated to the ability to deliver services to program beneficiaries in an effective manner,” the rule reads, citing instances in some states where defunding of Planned Parenthood led to a disruption or reduction in services.

Don’t accept federal funds.
We did it to ourselves. We allowed regulatory agencies to be created and gather authority. All it took was a president with a dictatorial bent to come along to wield the momentum that had already been spun up.

Remember way back when we had a 10th Amendment in the Bill of Rights??? It really doesn’t seem possible that there was also a time in our history when we had TWO political parties in opposition to each other.
The EO deals with Federal grant money which the state then distributes among providers. If a state doesnt follow the EO, then it just doesn’t get the federal money. This is how the feds exert control that they have no constitutional authority for - by threatening to withhold money.
Personally, I would just eliminate federal grants to states and localities. If the activity is worthwhile, then fund it locally.
The feds playing `carrot-and-stick’ with the money they extort from us so they can continue the infanticide.
Anything he does by Executive Order can be undone by the next president. That, and the Supreme Coure, is why we have to get Trump in there, and hold him accountable.
With all of his golfing, parenting teenage daughters, traveling the world, giving speeches, chiming in on the latest sports news, fundraising, community organizing, and being president, I am amazed how this guy ALSO has time to do his former job as legislator, even though he no longer is one and does not have the authority to pass any laws by himself, and he never had time to do his job as legislator when he was one. (Sorry for the run on sentence. It just needed to be said in one breath.)
Patriots, please bear in mind that Congress, not the Obama Administration, is the real problem here. This is because Congress stubbornly refuses to stop last-term, lawless Obama from harrassing the sovereign states as per the following explanation.
First, note that the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to tax and spend for anything like Planned Parenthood.

So corrupt Congress should never have appropriated taxes for funding Planned Parenthood.

Also, note that Title X is unconstitutional for the following reason imo. The only race and sex-based protections that the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect are limited to voting issues as evidenced by the 15th and 19th Amendments. But since corrupt politicians like Obama are trying to apply Title X to situations that are clearly outside the scope of voting issues, probably trying to win votes from low-information citizens by doing so, Obama’s actions are unconstitutonal imo.
And corrupt Congress can be expected to remain silent about Obama’s unconstitutonal, state-harassing actions.
Remember in November !
Patriots need to support Trump / Pence by also electing a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will not only work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to support Trump’s vision for making America great again for everybody, but will also put a stop to unconstitutonal federal taxes and likewise unconstitutional inteference in state affairs as evidenced by unconstitutional federal funding for vote-winning Planned Parenthood.
Note that such a Congress will also probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring, pro-abortion activist justices.
Something else to reverse after 12 noon on Jan 20, 2017.
