A U.S. Border Patrol agent told Fox News Channel that eight out of ten illegal immigrants who are captured at the border are initially set free into the United States.
Border Patrol Agent Hector Garza, acting in his role as president of the National Border Patrol Council, Local 2455, appeared on Fox News Channel recently to discuss border security and the need for building a wall. “Eight out of ten people that are caught entering our country illegally are not deported and are allowed to stay in the United States,” Garza explained. “Unfortunately for Border Patrol agents, we are trying to do our jobs as best we can with the very limited resources that we have.”
Garza expressed his frustration at the lack of resources made available to the agents charged with defending this nation’s borders.

Obama and his merry Dem followers, that's why. Or, if Hillary wins, just follow the money.
Because they're cheap labor that keeps wages down AND they vote for the party of liars, crooks and criminals... the Democrats.
That's 'why'...
And because Obama has told the Border Patrol NOT to do their job... and because Homeland WANTS criminal illegals here.
And...
And... a million more reasons that help the thugs and criminals in our country.
Why pay the salaries and fund the agency?
Zero impact on the problem
To flood the country with people that will go into the welfare state.
Right now they get free housing, healthcare, education, food and a paycheck.
If the government brings in enough of these people, then they will vote for a Socialist or Communist state.
Hopefully, starting January 20, 2017, that percentage will be zero. Criminals entering our country illegally should never under any circumstances be rewarded for breaking the law.
And to give the appearance of “deporter in chief” they are counted as deportees.
When a Mexican is apprehended in the border zone, he can be returned to Mexico.
When an OTM is apprehended, they can't be sent back to Mexico because Mexico won't accept them.
Instead, OTMs have to be given a hearing that will lead to their eventual return to their country of origin, but we don't have the detention facilities to hold all of them until the hearing so they are released with an order to appear for their hearing.
It is even harder to hold women and children OTMs because they must be held in a "home like setting". You cant put them in a cell with bars.
Today, Mexican illegal immigration is way down and central Americans are way up and many/most of them are women and children.
