None. It's harvest time, not planting time. Besides, staple foods like corn, wheat, potatoes, leafy greens, and rice do not require or use bees for pollination.

Happened to me. A bee keeper was asked to move from two miles away. He asked to put his five bee hives temporarily on my empty lot. As we talked, a mosquito control truck operator I'd befriended stepped up to the conversation.

Then radioed headquarters giving the location. Operator advised headquarters that mosquito spraying should be paused for a year for that location. Sounded like a routine action.

Advised six months later, that the hives had been sprayed, and the odor from thousands of dead bees was overpowering. I don't know where the hives went from there. :(

I am soooooo sick and tired of this twisted reporting on the zika virus.
Mosquitos ARE NOT the culprits.
They have to bite someone who was shipped in WITH IT ALREADY IN THEIR BLOODSTREAM.
THE RESERVOIR IS HUMANS WHO HAVE IT.
They are being shipped in her by the GOVERNMENT.
Mosquitos are the vector.
Return the people who have it back to where you got them, OBAMA!
