I agree. Mark is missing in action. I do not listen to him anymore. IMHO Rush is trying to do a balancing act and not doing a very good job of it.

Trump made a YUUUGE move by going to Mexico to meet with the Mexican president.

The rest of the world realizes he is going to be the next president even if Hillary and her friends do not.

I would actually love to see Mexican and American leaders have a “come to Jesus” movement over immigration. The real problem is Mexico is so screwed up. I don’t have a problem with our government saying they will assist the Mexican government in addressing their country’s problems if Mexico agrees to stop the illegals and repatriate the illegals in our country. That is really the solution.

The problem with Levin and yesterday's show is simply this.

Levin could have led his show with the revelation of 30 deleted Benghazi emails from Hillary Clinton’s illegal server, and talked for an hour about how she lied to Congress and the people about it. He could have talked about how deleting the emails and lying about it shows intent, and demand that Comey and the FBI reconsider charges. Then, in the second hour Levin could discuss the article on Trump's path to victory.

But, nooooo...

Levin led with his pathological bashing of Trump for an hour and didn't get to the Benghazi emails until 90 minutes later. By that time, I was getting home and turned off the radio to begin my evening chores at home.

Levin made the editorial decision to bury the Hillary Benghazi story on page B12, and run Trump's path to victory on Page 1 above the fold, just like a New York Times editor would do.

Levin is a problem now.

Furthermore, to use Levin's own words, it's the candidate, not the surrogates, not the media, not the pundits, who lose the elections. Levin speaks of this regarding Trump's position in the polls, but he disregards this when evaluating the truth of why Ted Cruz lost.

Levin constantly slips in remarks about attacking his wife or attacking his father - clear references to Trump's primary comments about Cruz. But let's have Levin explain why it was the candidate himself, and not others, who was responsible for his loss.

Ted Cruz's fortunes began to change when his "voting violation" mailer began to surface in Iowa. He should have known that people would be on the lookout for the dirty tricks the GOPe used against Chris McDaniel in Mississippi two years earlier, and this was of the kind.

Immediately following this was the caucus-night stories of the Cruz campaign spreading rumors that Ben Carson had dropped out of the race. This was the second strike against Cruz's "principled conservative" image that he was running on.

Cruz's third strike came in Chicago when he used the obvious Left-wing BLM attacks at Trump rallies to blame Trump for inciting violence. Everyone else understood what was happening, and saw Cruz's statements as crass opportunism and not a principled conservative position.

Doubts about Cruz now begin to go public.

Cruz's fourth strike was in Colorado, where he connived to win all the delegates with the smokey back room tactics. Fifth and sixth strikes piled up as subsequent primaries yielded Trump popular wins but Cruz delegate wins. NeverTrump was born, and "principled conservative" Cruz seemed to be behind it. Suddenly, the outsider appeared to be the consummate insider.

The last strike was the state-swapping "deal" with John Kasich, which it later seemed that Cruz double-crossed on even that.

Now people began to question if this was why nobody who worked with Cruz liked him. Nobody.

Put this in context with questions of Cruz's eligibility being the same as Vietnam war babies, and it's clear that Cruz defeated himself in the primary.

Now, we just have to get Levin to follow his own advice, resolve his issues and get his head straight, and get with the program of defeating Hillary Clinton.

Jim, you should listen to Rush more... That way you’d find out that he’s fully on board with Trump.

Levin is on the fence, still finds a way to trash him at every opportunity. Levin has become too much of a purist ideologue. The time for choosing is past due, and anyone who has trouble choosing between Trump and Hillary is a fool.

Hannity is 110% for Trump, as is Savage.

“Sadly, he’s still missing in action.”

Missing in action would be filling up three hours talking about his golf swing.

Levin is in action, actively giving aid and comfort to the enemy every day. If he posted here daily what he says on his show, he’d get the zot.

The hacked Soros emails show how Soros went after the advertisers of the syndicated talk shows to bring them into line with the Luciferian program. They probably threatened a few kids, or pets along the way.

The only reason Alex Jones and FreeRepublic.com are still going strong is because we are self funding.

Which reminds me, let’s get this Freepathron DONE!

Right on!

Do whatever is humanly possible in deporting as many illegals as we possibly can and or dry up their prospects by enforcing the law and many of them will leave on their own volition.
The latter is the solution.

At least 2 states have passed legislation similar to 187 in Calif (which was overturned-unconstitutionally- by ONE leftist judge) and the illegals LEFT-some for other sanctuary type states but MANY went back to Mexico.

No free education, no free food, no subsidized housing, no welfare, no relatives on welfare etc.

In those states unemployment went DOWN esposing the myth that illegals leaving will ruin the economy, because the economy actually got much BETTER when they left.

I've trying to encourage Trump to talk about the success of self deportation to fight the alt-left talking points of Trump wants to round up all of them and put them on busses which is utter nonsense.

What about calling ML on or off-air to persuade him to come more to your (FR’s) point-of-view? Or have you tried that? Bet he would take your call.

I don’t have a lot of time to post about Levin. Cut him off my radio during the primaries when he went “never Trump”. That said, I have no use for Levin.

Spend time trying to get folks to understand how anti-Trump Rush is. I’m not alone in my feelings toward Rush. I pretty much quit listening to Rush and canceled my 24/7.

Jim,
Mark sounds almost depressed. I always enjoy his outrage, which is our outrage. He also thinks on a philosophical level where one can’t compromiise fundamentals, of course. It makes it hard for him to be enthusiastic about Trump’s mistakes about economics. Mark can only rail against corruption so much, but seems to push himself to be pro-Republican. I can’t blame him for looking four years ahead at what a Trump Presidency will accomplish.
So I do as you suggest, change the station when the depressed philosopher Levin says, “maybe I’ll join the Constitution Party...”. and mutters oh I don’t know what. His frustration is authentic.
I agree we need to cut the statists off this year, do or die. But, like Levin, my eyes are wide open to the mistakes Trump will make.
The biggest reason I am choosing Trump is that he SPEAKS FREELY WITHOUT FEAR OF ANYONE!! NO OTHER CANDIDATE REFUSED TO BOW TO THE GODS OF ANTI-FREE SPEECH!

With 68 days until the election, and with the fate of me, my kids and my grandkids on the line, I have no time for Trump bashers.

The choice could not be clearer. Trump or our arch nemesis, Hillary.

Trump, even on his worst day, is 1000 times better for America than Hillary.

The election of Donald Trump is Job One for America.

So, Mark, start acting like it.

Cruz was kaput on May 3rd. You have wasted almost four months already.

Trump loses, you will be off the radio within 12 months. And so will Rush.

And the Feds will make sure of it under Hillary. Wise up.

Rush is fine. Levin needs to admit defeat and be a team player. I rarely listen to either of them anymore.

"... the great constitutional conservative Ted Cruz.."

Ted Cruz, John McCain, Hillary, and others make the election about 'them' not we the people.... McCain is in such a pout over Trump's remarks about his service...not just a few of his fellow pilots said McCain should never have been entrusted with that $$$$government property....that's just opinion, but McCain has made this election just about him...he has had 30 years to secure the AZ border...Cruz does 'hold the line' on our constitution...but he is disingenuous about other issues....Trump has never been in politics...he is the consummate civilian the rest of the candidates are elected or appointed politicians.......with axes to grind..or as in HRC's case enormous baggage.

Give me the outsider any day...as he says..."what have you got to lose?" Only our country....that's what!!

Well said, Jim.

I would just add for FReepers like me who lived through the first (and only I hope) Clinton Administration that a Hillary administration would be totally different. There would be no triangulating and no compromise with a Republican Congress. Hillary has made it crystal clear that if she wins it is a third Obama term - or worse. Her base has changed from the 90's and would not allow her to do anything else.
