Obama can sign anything he pleases. It’s not legally binding in the United States until the Senate ratifies it.

How can a President ratify a treaty without the approval of Congress?

“Im wondering if Trump is going to be able to get anything done at all in his first 6 months, other then cleaning up Obamas messes”
He’s going to have to run the country from Trump Tower for several months while the White Hut is fumigated, disinfected, the matresses in the living quarters burned, and all the $hit these turds left behind disposed of. Ditto for wherever that little ferret press secretary hung out.

Expect to see a lot of this. Øbama is cueing up work for the lame duck Congress. Would the GOPe join with the RATs to approve carp like this, just to hamstring President-elect Trump? You KNOW they would.
Rail, tar, and feather futures should be skyrocketing!

My concern is that he’s gonna fund the initiatives of the accord.
He seems to be able to spend money without congressional approval.

I’m almost more disgusted that this newspaper just writes that headline without even a hint that the writer winced at all.

The congress is full of eunuchs, capons and geldings. Are they in their safe space whimpering and shaking?

What will it take for Congress to finally draw up the Articles of Impeachment?
A Republican President.

Obama’s attitude and actions are just like so many other Blacks: laws, rules, the Constitution don’t apply to us, they are just White man’s laws. That has been a prevalent attitude for a long time, but under Obama, the “First Racist” it seems to have become more ingrained in Blacks.
