In the sense that there is no wind damage. But there is plenty water. Just because it’s not large scale cities affected doesn’t mean it’s not devastating.

Yes, and when I was down in the Florida Keys I was amazed to find out how much floods insurance was costing those people.
The average person is spending an extra $800 a month.
I made up my mind that I was never going to buy anything there.
