U.S. officials are trying to establish closer cooperation with various Latin American nations to combat an increase in the number of illegal migrants from Asia, Africa, and the Middle East attempting to sneak into the United States.
Between October 2015 and May 2016, the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agency, a component of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), detained 5,350 African and Asian migrants along the U.S.-Mexico border, according to Reuters.
The apprehensions of illegals from Africa and Asia during that period marks an increase from those that took place in all of 2015 (4,261) and 2014 (1,831).

Latin American nations couldn't care less what happens to America.
All they care about is that they are getting rid of their lowest-class citizens by encouraging them to emigrate to the US.
If the US ends up getting nuked by Islamic terrorists, so be it. They'll know that their trash aren't coming back to Mexico, Central or South America.

If I ran the border patrol, I’d just shoot anyone coming into the country illegally. Seems pretty simple to me. Oh, wait. Laws no longer mean anything anymore in the United States.
Barry sued TX and AZ for doing just that. Seems only the Feds can (or not) enforce immigration law.

Have you ever been to the border between Texas and Mexico or ever even gone to El Paso? Drive along I-10 through El Paso. Difficult to tell Mexico from Texas.
In Brownsville Mexican kids walk across the bridge, board school buses and off they go to Texas schools. Why are Texas taxpayers paying for medical care for adults who are not U.S. Citizens and for kids through Medicaid if both bio parents are not U.S. Citizens?
Lot of this could be prevented if Straus, Speaker of the House since 2009, would allow bills to come up for a vote when the Legislature convenes. If we just simply cut off the jobs and benefits it would help a lot. Straus and many others will not say NO to the Chamber of Commerce and big business. In Texas the Governor does not have as much power as in other states.
The big picture for me is, look at the problem and fix it Put up with the inconveniences and backlash. Do what the law allows Don’t go too far and get completely eliminated, but fix it

Particularly at the grocery store I have been known to, on more than one occasion, say loudly to someone “You’re in the United States, speak English”. They either give me an obscene gesture, cuss me out in some version of Mexican or ignore me. White people, more often than not, scurry off not wanting to be part of any possible confrontation.
And it’s not just at the grocery store but also at one of our local gas stations which is owned by Iranians who are always on the cell phone talking to someone.
Whenever we have traveled to other countries we always made sure we learned a few phrases in their language ahead of time to get us where we needed to go.
Understand that there may be as many as 21 different languages spoken by students in the Houston ISD this year.

It’s sick. When I was in Germany I learned to speak German.
I go to Lowe’s and Home Depot where everything is labeled in English and Spanish, and start speaking fake Spanish to the old White guys. They hold up a finger and indicate to me to wait, then start to scurry off to find the one Spanish speaker in the stare. That’s when I start laughing and call them back in English and tell them I was just fooling around. Most of them have laughed with me!
Well. Pretty soon if trump doesn’t get it especially there won’t be any wimpy old white guys. They’ll have enabled the takeover by Spanish speakers.
So I am not amused. At all
