But Trump DID NOT “hit back and hit back hard” ... it’s all a media concoction. Trump merely wondered why Mrs. Khan didn’t speak and the Mediascum turned it into this big brouhaha. Since then it is Khan who continues to pour fuel on the media fires..... Trump would be within his rights to hit back, of course, but he didn’t.

Bingo. I said from the get-go that these Gold Star people are to be empathized with, but OTHER THAN the specific issue of their loss of a loved one, they deserve no more and no less respect than anyone else, PERIOD.

Problem has been with Mr Trump is, he is quik to react and tends to not think it through. I dont condemn him for that but, I believe he has now got to the notion that maybe it would be best to let others hammer those critics and focus on the issues, and Obama and Hilliary.

The one rebut he should have done is. What is Mr Khans position on Sharia law compaired to the US Constitution? That would have put the ball in the other court. Khan wouldnt have been able to expain it since he is for Islamic law above the US Constitution.

The left is always looking for cover for the vile nonsense they spew...the left has been spectacularly successful in using emotional jiu-jitsu against those who disagree with them - guilt, shame, especially moral inferiority are all invoked to make opponents shrivel up and crawl away - Republicans/conservatives have got to develop some tougher skin to finally be able to stand up against these attacks - it begins by not being hoodwinked in believing what they are told about themselves by the left and then throwing the issue back at them - I've always thought that the best comeback to "that outrages me" would be "well I'm outraged that you're outraged - who are you to sit in judgment on me?" - Trump called Khan's bluff and got blistered for it - I hope he can continue to stand up under the barrage......

Of course, you are right, but the presstitutes know that if they repeat anything over and over there will be many uninformed people who believe them. I wish Perry made your point, but at least he fought back unlike all the spineless types like Paul Ryan.
