In the newly filed lawsuit on behalf the families of the Benghazi attack victims, Hillary Clinton does not have diplomatic immunity and she is “totally exposed” to legal ramifications, according to the lawyer for the news-making case.
Larry Klayman, founder of Freedom Watch USA, had the lawsuit served to Clinton last week on behalf of Patricia Smith and Charles Woods, the parents of Sean Smith and Tyrone Woods respectively, both of whom were murdered in the September 11, 2012 attacks.

Weren’t both of these guys disobeying stand down orders? This may have a bearing on the legal standing of their families to sue.

Klayman is why I don’t think this will go anywhere. He used to head up Judicial Watch & they were pretty much a joke back in the “Klayman years”. He has a reputation for filing go-nowhere lawsuits. Once Tom Fitton took over JW, they began doing outstanding work & a lot of what we know about the emails, etc. came via lawsuits from JW.
These poor parents deserve justice, but I don’t think they’ll get it through this lawsuit.
To the best of my knowledge , no one has come forth with a "stand down" order in sworn testimony to Congress .
At best of my knowledge, there was no response from the State Dept., nor the White House.
Remember Hillary's commercial if a call came in at 2:00AM she would be there ?

Judicial Watch tilts at the biggest windmill of all--the Vast Left Wing Conspiracy. So, its success rate is low. But, I believe they are responsible for a lot of email discovery in recent months.
If they weren’t technically in the military, would anything like a “stand down order” even apply? If they were private citizens, they did not answer to the US government. ?? (seems to me, anyway)
It would be GREAT if that came up. It would be better if the DEFENSE introduces it! Then the defense has to prove there was a legitimate "Stand Down Order." Who gave the order? Have them testify to prove it. (Drools and licks chops)
To this day Obama & Co.have vehemetly denied there was any such Stand Down Order. How could someone break an order that was never given.
Hillary was personally responsible for the appointment of the Feb 19 martyr (al queda) as guards for the Benghazi facility... The same people who attacked..
It was ironically Khadaffy’s military that rescued the 35+ people from the attackers.
Hillary refused numerous requests for proper security.
In addition she knew what the Ambassador was doing.... shipping weapons to ISIS.
I understand she was a director at and that she and Bill took fees from La Farge whcih was doing business with ISIS.

Clinton and Obama have both denied the existence of this stand down order. If you have evidence that there was a stand down order and the victims violated it, please share the source of your information.
How do you “stand down” when bunch of muzzies are shooting at you and dropping mortars on your head?
