I was thinking the same thing. At least he wasn’t investing in premium ammo, gives a person a little higher chance of surviving an encounter with a thug.

Please see Brandenburg v. Ohio. The speech must intend to produce imminent lawless behavior. If someone is leading a group of thugs with torches down a suburban street and says, "Let's burn it down!" there might be imminent lawless behavior, but the fact that no one immediately acted upon her speech means the temporal condition has failed.

"They" are quite stupid and there will always be a few who will believe they can do anything they want to do. A little bit of encouragement from the local "community leaders" on television, a car with a full gas tank, plenty of drugs, and a few like-minded friends is all that it might take.
