Emails released yesterday from Judicial Watch reveal several instances where Hillary Clinton and her aides were asked for favors from Clinton Foundation donors. Judicial Watch obtained the documents through a FOIA request.
Although appearing to have relevance to her work as Secretary of State, Clinton failed to turn the documents over to the State Department, even as she claimed all "work-related" emails had been turned in.
One email from Douglas Band, former aide to President Clinton and CEO of Teneo Holdings with close ties to the Clinton Foundation, asked Clinton staffers to intervene and find a job for an unnamed associate. Huma Abedin worked for Band at the same time she was still pulling down a State Department salary.

This particular accusation has been posted numerous times now. Does anyone know if someone was actually hired or what the outcome was?
I am anxious to see if there are other examples, hopefully with more details and verifiable info.
I think we could have pretty accurately predicted this one without the email evidence.
So if PIAPS wins the election could she be paid (Bribed) enough to become conservative?

This story made it to AOL, Yahoo and probably others so you know it’s got legs.
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.OTOH:Even if the Clinton Foundation cured cancer with the money it got from foreign governments, acceptance of such money is unconstitutional unless pre-approved by Congress.

This clearly shows that Hillary had an illegitimate motive for hiding the emails which she claimed were nothing to do with the government.
But of course that doesn’t mean that people can’t vote for her, only that she can be sued. Again. And she will delay and deny the obvious. Again. OTOH, state governments should be pressed to knock off the ballot any candidate who violates the constitutional provision cited above. The states have plenary power to do that; they actually do not even have to conduct a popular election to select their electors.
