This proves that running for president is a very, very, very profitable political business. For Bernie, it is cream on the top for doing nothing in 25 years in Congress but Rat-holing under the table perks. The political oligarch class no how to create wealth the easy way.

I like making fun of leftist hypocrites (redundant I know) as the next guy, but “plopped down” means no mortgage. Given the woeful state of “journalism” today, I’d plop down a fiver myself to bet that he actually went the way of the vast majority of home sales and got a mortgage.
