Maybe. There, of course, have been Trump people on the ground for six months in OH. I get contacted by them all the time.

My sense all along is that Trump is running a 90 day campaign, thinking that anything before Sept. really is not efficient.

The concern for me is not the polls, but that Team Trump is late to the starting line in organization. Of course the GOPe is not turning a hand. Can Trump tweet his way to victory?

Timing is everything. Why open an office when controversy is at a peak. Anything now will be old news.

The election is very strategic.

Hillary hides cuz she can't draw crowds....If she has a crowd, it's because she has latched on to someone else's gig....like a gay parade...

While there is merit to that, what is efficient is not always what is effective. It takes time after you open to get the team running smoothly.

I would have preferred that he started this in June, so that they can work out the kinks and establish procedures before the Olympics end. Get the general election off to a running start instead of a standing start.

You're 100% correct. I held public office and was in 12 primaries and generals.....and believe me, with August vacations, baseball, football starting, school and college starting, the Olympics starting in this case, etc., I found that the dog days of August was the month to carefully organize and plan the concentrated fall campaign and not waste a lot of money, time and energy on traipsing all around my district.

Yes, but the 90-day countdown starts now. In September, we will only have 60 days before the election.

Even a 60-day blitz will have merit - if that indeed is the plan. I think spending millions on TV ads now is a waste of money. People aren't going to remember. I can't even remember what I had for breakfast 10 days ago.

I’m at my computer in one room and wife on TV in another room. By not watching the TV screen but just hearing all the meaningless chatters from her room, it’s like you want to throw up.

Try it yourself listening but not watching, you will feel totally nauseated, it’s like two cats fighting in the street !!!

“Can Trump tweet his way to victory?”

I think he will debate his way to victory.

Clinton reelect ran ads defining Bob Dole in summer of 96 that Dole was never able to overcome.

Seems kinda late.

Blah blah blah - so many pundits and so few to counteract the Tokyo Roses.

Have you been donating to his campaign or do you just think your commentary is sufficient aid to help beat Hillary?

If you haven't donated to his campaign, your advice is worthless. Same for those who have yet to Donate to FR - like welfare folks telling those who pay their way complaining that they ain't paying enough or listening to what the gots to say.

If one hasn't been donating to Trump or FR, then starting now would be a good time even though to most of us "Seems kinda late"
