PHOENIX — The top election officials in Pima and Maricopa counties say they will not enforce a new state law that makes “ballot harvesting” a crime.
“We’re not police,” said Pima County Elections Director Brad Nelson.

The people passing the law held investigations but couldn’t find evidence.
If I fill out my ballot and have my friend drop it off that is nobody’s business but mine.
If I trust some civic group with it then I trust them with it.
I don’t need some official making it a crime for that ballot to be received when it’s already illegal to tamper with it.
Find evidence of ballot tampering or stop b!+€#!^g.
If I fill out 5000 (democrat) ballots and have my friend drop them off in boxes at the county (democrat’s) office that is nobody’s business but mine.
If I trust some (democrat) civic group with 50,000 ballots then I trust them with my ballot.
Democrats will never cheat, lie, or steal.
Do minorities lack two legs that they can deliver the ballots themselves? Someone please tell me how this discriminates against minorities.

They’re pushing us towards CWII, folks. The current degraded status quo cannot continue. Something’s got to give.
There is absolutely no reason why the delivery person shouldn’t sign (with id.) when they deliver ballots. If any fraud or damaged ballots are found, then the officials will know who to talk to about how it happened.
Nothing biased about have responsibility assigned to the delivery person.
Bring your camera and hang out at the County Recorder.

A private person may make an arrest:
1. When the person to be arrested has in his presence committed a misdemeanor amounting to a breach of the peace, or a felony.
2. When a felony has been in fact committed and he has reasonable ground to believe that the person to be arrested has committed it.
