I am surprised that Chief Bratton stayed on as long as he did, and did not simply resign when Bloomberg left office.
The NYPD has undergone a long and paralyzing siege from the Mayor’s office since the current occupant took over. The current regime has yet to take up the obligations of discharging the duties of the office.
Yikes...
Bratton was the first police commissioner under Rudy Guiliani and cleaned up NYC from the mess that Dinkins caused. It would be great if he could clean up Chicago. Of course Chicago would have to get rid of Rahm first - another disaster if ever there was one....
They would have to literally rewrite the requirements to become a cop because almost no minorities can meet the requirements>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
With a new commissioner watch it happen. The feds likely already have the qualification changes drafted and in the hands of O’Neil.

Few Americas even know that head of the CIA , John Brennan, is a Muslim.. Even if Trump wins the election, they are going to be dug in deep within our police forces , DoD and the CIA. We may have civil war, but if that’s what it takes, so be it.
