I agree!
My husband and I received a mailer from him last week in which he asked us to sign a pledge promising to support his re-election. As you can imagine, we were shocked that he was so tone deaf.
Oh no he isn’t; especially if he gets primaried, which I bet he shall be.
Yes, they embarrassed the great state of Texas.
We will be supporting him.
You sound somewhat.....hmmmmm......like you paint everyone with a broad brush. Stetsons and Lone Star shirts. Strutting?
Whomever you heard or observed are NOT representative of Texas as a whole. Maybe a tiny part. Tiny.
And if so, I guess that you just LOVE to be LIED to and spoat upon by a FRAUD! Voting for Hillary too, are you ?
After the non-support I really thin that would be a Manchurian SCOTUS if given the opportunity. Roberts ring a bell?
Ted almost makes me wish I would’ve supported David Dewhurst
back in the Senate Primary here. Wonder what Republican is going to try to unseat Canada’s Native Son, aka, Sealed Records Rafael.
There are PLENTY of GREAT conservatives in Texas as long as it is NOT the land commissioner Bush!!!!
I saw them, and some of them had an Okie under each arm.
No, they were a significant portion of the Texas delegation.
And yes, they strutted around the convention floor. Texas can redeem itself by primarying Ted. Until then, they need to purge their delegation of the “Texas First” mentality. It’s sickening.
And I say this as someone who actively supported Ted.
Not if he gets a strong primary challenge.
There’s talk that Rick Perry is going to run against him.
May I have an Early Ballot? This Texan is going to vote “No Cruz”...
*** There are PLENTY of GREAT conservatives in Texas as long as it is NOT the land commissioner Bush!! ***
I didn’t vote for P in the Primary or general, but 77% of my stupid fellow Texans voted for the Stalker from Florida.
Well then go Rick :)
It’s a warm body with an R next to the name :)
I suppose you missed the Texas delegation confronting lying Ted?
Texas can “redeem” itself??? ROFL!!
See ya....I’m “strutting” away. :)
“No. Hes finished.”
Depends if he is challenged by another Republican - and who it is. Texans will fill the spot with a Republican for sure.
I know what I saw, and I know what I heard. I’m not not talking about the breakfast with the delegation the following morning, I’m talking that night right after the Cruz speech. A significant number of delegates were applauding him and telling each other how proud they were that he stuck to his “principles.”
You’re no better than the delegates. You’re a Texan before you’re an American. And don’t bother to respond; your defense of “Lyin’ Ted” says enough.
I do.
