I suspect Texans will also want to hear a convincing story about why he didn't disclose he was still a Canadian Citizen in the last election.

He lied about supporting the republican nominee. I wouldn’t vote for him. Besides, he’s incredibly annoying.

Ted’s a shoo-in for reelection. In two years, 2016 will be water under the bridge.
To: Mariner
When will he ask Trump to help him get re-elected?

Rumor mill has it that ol Rick Perry may throw his hat into the ring. (I’ve seen a couple of others post that, here, too.) We’ll have to wait and see.

I agree!
My husband and I received a mailer from him last week in which he asked us to sign a pledge promising to support his re-election. As you can imagine, we were shocked that he was so tone deaf.
To: Warriormom
Sure sign it. Then renege on it like he did!

He sent me an email looking for money again as I supported both his Senate and Presidential campaigns. I hit the block button.

Don’t get me started about this. I was at the RNC in Cleveland, and I heard way too many in the Texas delegation that sounded like Glenn Beck. They’re Texan before they’re American. They strutted around the convention floor with their Stetsons and their matching lone star shirts, but when the time came to help show unity behind the nominee, far too many of them chose their “native son.”
Reliving the entire evening makes me furious.
