Maybe so, but his recent remarks in response to the Muslim father of a fallen American soldier were baffling and ridiculous in my opinion. The remarks seemed to show a stunning lack of empathy for this bereaved family. I don’t like saying such about Trump, because I support his idea of protecting out borders again, but I cannot see how those remarks helped him if the ultimate goal is to be elected. As you stated, many people miss the real meaning behind his actions, so perhaps the real meaning flew right over my head. That is possible.
Trump’s winning. He defeated 16 other candidates being just the way he is. He’s beating Cankles now in the polls being just the way he is. Go back & re-read what he said about “I want to hear from the wife,” with everything he has stated regarding radical islam & see it makes sense to you then.
I see a few here in FR wringing their hands over NOTHING & some spreading false dismay. The “hand wringing” campaigning of McCain & Mittens FAILED. Trump isn’t playing that kind of crap.
