Convention bounce entering the equation. Look for it to tighten up for a while until the convention buzz subsides for Clinton.

Trump got a convention bounce and so will Clinton. the difference is we KNOW Trump’s was legitimate even if it was reported as being lower than the actual number.
With Clinton it is easy to assume the very opposite.
imo this is all totally meaningless until after the first debate.

I’m wearing my fingers out trying to explain this to the Freepers. They just don’t seem to get the concept of a rolling average poll.
But they are correct in recognizing that the USC poll will very likely be one of the most accurate polls we will have heading into the election. It’s just slow to show the impact of big events. Like you said, it takes a week.
Until after the other candidates are figured in also.
I was here at the computer last night, and my wife was in the next room listening Anderson Cooper on CNN. It wasn’t on loud enough for me to make out everything they were saying, but about every 10 seconds I heard “Donald Trump” 10 seconds “Donald Trump”. It went on like that for an hour, I was actually laughing, it sounded some kind of weirdly cadenced mantra.

I’m Psychic, I foresee tomorrow morning,the NBC/Wall Street Journal and the ABC Washington Post Poll will both have Hillary ahead by 7 points, just in time for the morning news programs.
why is there no reporting of Lt Col Ralph Peters saying on Varney yesterday that he was voting Hillary due to Trump’s statements on NATO. This is all I can find on the web, but I heard it for real, and Fox cut the feed immediately.
