Too bad he’s not an “aspiring” rapper.
And why do black men continue to call each other “brother” and “sister?”
I have no doubt! Still laughing thinking about it! :-)
I always thought the “coon” was the one that stayed on the plantation and screamed whenever someone tried to run away.
Bet you this so-called “tough black man” is ready to vote for an old white lady for president.
Well, I’m from East Tennessee (I,m in eastern North Carolina now) and we’ve said that all my life...LOL...When he hung up, I just stood there with my mouth open...
I didn’t know why he’d done it, but my wife said you don’t use that word “coon” around here...That’s when it hit me why he did it...
I started rolling with laughter myself....
That’s RACISS you can’t name a car dealership that!
Yes, I have run into that. You have to be careful how you characterize that particular species of animal.
There are a lot of raccoons in the woods around my property.
So I have a guy come out and set traps for them in the winter when the pelts are nice.
His name is Chris. He’s a black man.
He calls em coons same as I do.
He uses a different word for people like owebama and sharpton.
well io’m in western nc.i am a coonass from la.ought to try splain that.
Talib Kweli is a racist...
+1.
Did you call back and explain the use of the term as you understood it? Did your raccoon get caught?
Hehe. If you had moved to Indiana you might have been wondering why all the RVs have “Raper” on the back :)
Nope...I had new pet guard screen put in...Haven’t seen the coon again, but we got deer, rabbits, and squirrels running all over the place...
I’ve actually got some raccoons around my house and property as well.
I hear them chattering at night, and playing in the creek. At first the noises were driving me crazy until I figured out I had coons by shining a bright light (one of those Sears spotlights) and they all stopped playing in the water and looked up like a bunch of deer in headlights.
I can totally understand the pelts are warm, but for me, I just enjoy watching them play around.
The technology is being controlled by the handlers. No problem there. The problem is the selective enforcement of the rules by the handlers who mislead users into thinking the same rules apply to all.
They don’t. However, the medium reaches a great many people. Wish there was an alternative.
