Correct premise, idiotic conclusion. The SOLUTION HILLARY is something called a “Family”. It was actually an ancient invention going back to at the Neolithic - one man the husband and provider, one woman - the caregiver and mother and depend offspring from the same.
Youths need a male role model and a female model. When they are spawned by a promiscuous female from matings with several similarly promiscuous males who then depart after depositing their germ cells, the resultant products tend to raise themselves, gravitating towards a surrogate family called a “gang”. “Gangs” are not good HILLARY. They are not social clubs.
