Suspect accused of burning Mississippi woman charged in Monroe murder

MONROE, La. — A man awaiting trial for murder in the burning death of a woman in Mississippi now faces another trial, in the stabbing death of a woman in Louisiana.

KNOE-TV reports that Quinton Tellis is charged with the murder of Meing-Chen Hsiao, a graduate student at the University of Louisiana at Monroe who had been stabbed more than 30 times.

This is the guy who burned up Jessica Chambers. You have to wonder how many other victims have yet to be discovered.

We just had a similar situation here locally. A black man was out on bail from a murder charge and executed one of the witnesses in Pender County.

Whoever is letting these animals loose on the public needs.... "accountability".
