The hate crime laws should apply equally to all Americans. It does not. It is called racial discrimination which is a violation of civil rights. Everyone has equal civil rights in addition to our constitutional rights.

We have unequal rights because whites don’t pursue equal rights in the courts. It will get harder when whites are a minority.
