The Curious Case of Philando Castile – Falcon Heights, MN Police Shooting… (He was Crips Gang)
Conservative Treehouse ^ | July 8, 2016 | Sundance

Posted on 07/08/2016 8:27:05 AM PDT by BAW

By now everyone is aware of the officer involved shooting of Philando Castile that became a viral BLM activist case as a direct result of his girlfriend, Diamond Reynolds (aka Lavish Reynolds) live-streaming the aftermath from their vehicle.

During the uploaded video narration Ms. Reynolds stated the police officer pulled them over for a broken tail light.

There are several aspects of the narrative as told that didn’t pass the sniff test, however, something about the “tail light” just didn’t seem to make sense. Especially when you consider it was daylight when they were pulled over; and where –in the aftermath media video– it can be noted the tail lights were operable.

Upon further evaluation of the entire set of circumstances, something is missing.

Was there another reason why the police officer would pull them over?

The shooting took place, late afternoon/early evening Wednesday July 6th. [ Remember that, and stay with me ].

The people at GotNews chased down the social media profiles of Diamond and Philando, and unfortunately a familiar set of social behaviors surfaces.

Yes, Philando Castile was a gang member (crips), frequently picturing himself with firearms, cash, drugs and gang signs; and Ms. Diamond also has a colorfully broadcasted social presence

This is an article worthy of the word "journalism." There is lots of investigative action here, resulting in a completely different picture than a black man pulled over for being black.

scandal... but it isn’t helped to set up strawmen and then knock them down, that wasn’t the main complaint here. why would someone actually sacrifice himself for the purpose of causing a scandal?

The enabling girlfriends are quite eloquent when their boy friend/source-of-income meets the grim reaper.

Sounds like none of these so called police brutality are real. Gangbangers, felons, thugs. Good riddance?

Does an alleged broken tail light elicit approaching the stopped vehicle with weapons drawn? Why did the cops draw weapons? Gotta be more to it as shown in this piece. Did the deceased have a CCW permit as claimed? Nothing will change the lies resulting in what happened in Dallas yesterday. 😯

That is such a key question, but I can't find anywhere that it's confirmed or refuted. Grrr.

It looks to me like the armed robber was wearing a Polo branded shirt and in the Facebook picture he is also wearing a Polo shirt. Zoom in on the shirt logos and see.

Info that disappears? Kinda one of those “Nobody ever said he had a CCW. Where did you hear that?” You know the drill.

Gang member or not. He was not wanted. And to me the real crime is allowing the guy to bleed to death. Cops are not judge and executioner. Unfortunately, many believe they are and few know the constitution. Many don’t even know the local laws they’re supposed to be enforcing.

One news story said that Castile had a long record of minor traffic offenses (31 misdemeanors). Would his car license plate be flagged with that information in the police computers?

Lavish Reynolds live-streaming the aftermath from their vehicle.

Certainly if my loved one was just shot and was dead or dying my first reaction would be to pull out my phone to make sure I could feed this live to the world.

Did the person draw their firearm? Was the firearm pointed towards the officer? Pretty sure those are the key questions. If the answers to both of those questions is no, or I don’t know, then there was no reason for that officer to pull that trigger.

The appropriate action was to take two steps towards the back end of the car, use the vehicle to provide cover, put yourself out of the suspects direct line of sight, and regain control of the situation by having the person show their empty hands, and if you’re still not comfortable, hold there until backup arrives.

The second is called policing, what happened is the LAPD infected training of superior force. If a suspect reaches towards a possible weapon, shoot. You might not get a second chance. You or I do that, we will be in a jail cell with pending charges. We won’t get a paid vacation while someone tries to find a way to excuse what happened.

"Would his car license plate be flagged with that information in the police computers?"

Yes, and officers run tags on anything that fits some wants and warrents description they remember or even, when just sitting watching traffic, vanity tags or things that seem out of place as in too much of a wreck or too new and pristine.

A couple of officers I know say they even just remember the color of something on their list of vehicles to watch for and run every vehicle they can of that color, usually tempered by the manufacturer if they remember that much. Sometimes it's just, "small red cars" or "pickup trucks" and a color they remember.

In MN, CHL holders are not public information. The police will have to make a statement to confirm or refute it.

Yet, if he had kept his hands on the dash and not reached for a weapon, he’d be alive today.

Funny how that works.
