This is the last post I’ll make in this thread so have fun playing with yourself.
As much as I have a lifetime of experience around firearms , hunting, competition, military, law enforcement, contractor etc .... I still wear at the very least a spectra IIIA rated soft body armor, and Z87 rated shooting glasses on the ranges . Hazards are many from just other shooters much less my own possibilities for errors. I have an extensive blow out kit (BOK) in my range bag as well as simple basics on me like quikclot, IDF blood stopper aka combat tampon and a tourniquet.
Smith Z87 rated shooting glasses are pricy yet I’ve seen those save eyesight on a few occasions . Ricochets , ND/AD’s happen . I spend at least 3 days a week on either a range at work, a public range or private range. Any one of them, any given day, be they professional or amateur , experienced or novice I see safe shooters more often than unsafe yet a lapse in attention to the task at hand etc does happen to the best and worst shooters regarding handling skills. Sadly.

On a good note, their GoFundMe drive was around $18K this time yesterday and is over $30K now. With six other kids to care for, that gets them over any financial hurdles anyway.
