This is how it went down. Lynch tells Hillary and Obama she IS going to bring charges against her. Bill meets with Lynch knowing it will disqualify her. She steps down and then the replacement is already committed to not bringing charges or because that person will need time to get up to speed, that person won’t bring charges until after the election.
Under the present circumstance it's passing strange that Bill had a face to face with Lynch. Usually, a third party is verbally asked to reach out to the target. Friends of Bill have done this before, Vernon Jordan to Lewinski.
Something hypercritical to Hillary and Bill's fate occurred at that "brief encounter", something that could be trusted to no one else.
To think that most of us were raised on the premise that “crime doesn’t pay”. Au contraire ...
The FBI director is an appointed position. It appears that the prosecutors from the Justice Department are also appointees. All appointees are political, so I’m not sure what sort of distinction they are trying to draw, except perhaps that this reeks and they don’t want to damage Lynch’s career.

The temperature in Phoenix that day was 106 degrees. Bill Clinton is one month away from his 70th birthday, and has a history of heart problems. There's no way he was there to play golf under those conditions. He was there to intercept Lynch as she arrived in town. He didn't go to all that trouble just to tell her about his grandchildren.
Good people who talked politics just like us. It was rare to meet someone who liked either Clinton when bubba was POTUS. While they did not care for President Clinton, they all loathed Hillary with a passion.

Actually, there were two totally unrelated whistleblowers who went to two different people in the local press. The local guy saw the perfect opportunity of a career advancement play. BOR had him on last night and complimented him openly for a job well done.
Maybe this may be the straw that breaks the MSM back in that local reporters will see the advantage to have their Woodward & Bernstein moment.
Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch do not just cross paths. This had to be previously arranged. She was stupid enough to let the subject of a criminal investigation on to her plane. By the time you get to this level you don’t make this type of mistakes. There is a lor more going on here. Either Obama wanted her out, she wanted out or she made a very stupid mistake and she has no business being attotney general.
She is either unwilling or not capable of handling the case and her position. In either situatuin she needs to leave. They need a special prosecutor that is qualified to handle such a case.
And of course the usual question, was she wearing a blue dress and kneepads for their rendezvous.
If the leaks continue, and get worse for Hillary, the fix is in. If not, we may yet see something unprecedented.

Seems that something so nefarious, so clandestine would have been conducted at the Nellis test range or Groom Lake. Obama can’t be bothered to take a daily briefing but Bill Clinton knows where the AG is at all times?
