Yes, I saw that. I figured it was just part of the general drug charges that tend to get piled on.
Guess I am getting too cynical. I figured that those charges probably were given out all around. I read another article where it showed general drug charges for the others as well.

Somebody knows. These things are often complicated. In that world, who is a dealer, who is a user, it is all muddy and mixed up. Most users end up dealing to some extent, just to support their habit.
It would be nicer if it were black and white.
But I doubt that heroin was going form Maine to New York.

I agree, which is why I was shocked. Perhaps she had bought from them and was in possession at the time. Like you said, at this time it is really unclear, but they mentioned her with the heroin. Thus my comment.
And no one was shot ......
