I don't give him any credit. He allowed John Lewis to stop the business of the House by ignoring the rules of the House.
Ryan couldn't maintain order so he had no choice but to adjourn the House. He lost complete control and allowed the inmates to run the prison.

These are just the kind of shenanigans that thankfully at least 50.01% of the voting public finds childish, juvenile and cliche’d. Not a winning formula acting like it’s 1968 all over again.
