The “N” word is near criminal to say these days. It is emotionally charged especially when spoken by white to a black. Seems to be OK for a black to say to a black. I have had black friends and acquaintances. I wouldn’t use that word on them as they dont fit the narrative. There are white people I have met who fit the meaning of the word to a tee.
Seems to me it fits most of these Chicago ferals. Not much You can do to say that it doesn’t fit them. These are the filth that the current _resident of he White Hut is holding up as the future of America.

Some of these shooters want to maim instead of kill. Plus, law enforcement does not dedicate the resources to assault cases that they do to homicides so the perp has about 80-90% chance of getting away with it.

How many were killed by other methods? How many were run over by cars? How many with knifes? When I was in Chicago’s inner city, the local street gang beat up a local store owner because he refused to pay protection money. The badly beat up store owner died of a heart attack 30 minutes after the gang left his store. That is recorded as a heart attack, not murder.
Let’s recognize when we do not get the complete story.
