Islamic State's "terrorism capacity and global reach" have not been reduced, the director of the CIA said on Thursday, adding that the group has tens of thousands of fighters around the world, far more than al Qaeda had at its height.
"Despite all our progress against ISIL on the battlefield and in the financial realm, our efforts have not reduced the group's terrorism and global reach," Brennan testified.
"We judge that ISIL is training and attempting to deploy operatives for further attacks," Brennan said, days after a gunman, who expressed allegiance to Islamic State, killed 49 people in Orlando, Florida.

I am much more worried about Islam itself, rather than the Islamic State. Long before ISIS, Islam has waged a 1400 year war on the non-Muslim world and Christianity. In fact, This current debate on “radical Islam” is a misdirection. Why? What we are experiencing is not “Radical Islam”, but rather everyday “normal Islam!” Normal Islam is a religious political totalitarian machine of conquest and submission. If we allow ourselves to create a false dichotomy between good Islam and bad Islam, we end up defending Islam itself! Question: Were the normal NAZIs good and the radical NAZIs bad? Were the normal Kamikazes good and the radical Kamikazes bad? Obama, or the demon behind Obama, is brilliant. To be able to lead thinking people down this path is diabolical.

There seems to be two islam’s. A modern reformed version as practiced by the King of Jordan, and a 7th Century version that murders, rapes, and tortures non-believers. The 7th Century muslims require strong dictators like Saddam, Mubarak, and Kadaffi to minimize the role sharia plays in their culture. The Arab Spring pushed by Obama/Hillary removed these strongmen leaving a void that the Islamists are now taking advantage of.
Unless and until the west wakes up and plays the role of strongman, and kicks the living guano out of the 7th Century vermin we will continue to see attacks and attrocities.
I disagree. Mohammedism, as defined by the Quran, is 7th Century barbarism. Abdullah, 43rd descendant from Mohammed, would show his true beliefs if he were in charge.
