If a half dozen or so victims had charged the perp rather than cower in fear, the death toll could have been dramatically lowered. I remember Ben Carson was vilified by our media when he said that during the campaign after the Paris incident. IF we survive as a nation, it will be in spite of the stupidity of our elites, and their slavish stenographers who claim to be "objective" informers of the public.

I always thought that Ben Carson was the most honest non-establishment candidate in the race. He had a very practical side to him as well, and his idea of a massed attack on a shooter is solid strategy. An individual might not be the one leading the attack, but surprisingly, those leading the charge seem to live to tell about it. Surprise is a huge advantage. It causes panic in the opponent.
