Reports from former classmates suggest red flags that raised intervention opportunities for Mateen even dated back to the killer’s grade school years. Fifth grade classmate Leslie Hall told TMZ that Mateen was suspended for two weeks at Mariposa Elementary in Florida after threatening to bring a gun to school and “kill everyone.”

Teachers (and parents who care - I’m guessing his did not). NEED TO BE PROACTIVE TODAY with any antisocial kids. There is some hope that they can be actively discouraged from conduct disorder / harming others. This book is a very important start.

Here is one of the quotes from Bukhari's Hadith on Muhammed, that concerns women.
Volume 1, Book 2, Number 28:
The Prophet said: "I was shown the Hell-fire and that the majority of its dwellers were women who were ungrateful."
It was asked, "Do they disbelieve in Allah?" (or are they ungrateful to Allah?) He replied, "They are ungrateful to their husbands and are ungrateful for the favors and the good (charitable deeds) done to them. If you have always been good (benevolent) to one of them and then she sees something in you (not of her liking), she will say, 'I have never received any good from you."
Bukhari backs that up again in Vol.2-bk18 no.161
