It’s true. People need to realize it.

Judge La Raza is quiet as a tick, so far. Dying to hear his excuses, as he recuses himself from the TRUMP University civil case. He has armored the prosecution with Leftists for the claimant and thinks he dare take on TRUMP with La Raza printed on his affiliations.
The publicity alone buries him. California is no place for justice anyway, but this man is a “textbook racist”.

Staying on as the case's judge he will be under pressure, under fire and under ridicule no matter how he rules in any motions during the trial.
If he rules at the end against Trump U, he'll be appealed right up to St. Peter's gate. If he recuses now, his peers and supporters will deride him as having no guts and letting Trump walk all over him. Same thing if he rules the case goes on and he rules everything in the Donald's favor.
He can't win no matter which way he goes. Trump's got him in a bind that ain't pretty for him.
I'll bet that when he goes home after the final decision his wife will be gone and his dog will bite him in the leg.

I never can understand if “white” means Caucasian or simply lacking skin pigment melanin. Strictly speaking from viewpoint of anthropology, there are only 3 basic races. And Spaniards not mixed with Othello are certainly neither Negroid or Mongoloid.

Apparently when we weren’t looking, somebody changed the rules making ethnicity eligible for race classification. Who knew. Not the anthropologist. I usually put “human” in the ‘other’ box.
