So who among us would testify before a grand jury? or even sit on a grand jury

More accurately, half the House plus one and he IS Impeached. Bill Clinton was Impeached. The Senate votes on punishment. Failure to get 2/3 of the Senate to remove does not negate the fact of Impeachment.

I was under the impression a “grand jury” was secret. If this information is published, what is to stop every drug lord, murderer etc from demanding info from his grand jury for a new trial.

Yes, in the good old days. These unfortunate people who testified, took the oath seriously, and told the truth, will be getting the kind of stitches that the ME does when they sew up a corpse after digging out the bullets and vital organs.
If anything good comes of this, we can read some of the amusing under-oath testimony of the people who claimed:
1. He was running away when he got shot
2. He was running away when he got shot AND had his hands up
3. The police ran after him and shot him like a dog in the back.
I think he’s just opened up a can of worms. Who would want to sit on a grand jury, if they knew their names would get out? If called in...I’d just raise my hand say I won’t serve unless you the judge sign a bond of a million dollars to guarantee my secret participation in the jury episode.
Gonna have some dead witnesses. I wonder if there are rewards for same?
