A lot of anti-police (order) freepers often criticize a heavy handed approach to open anarchists breaking the law violently, but this strategy is sometimes warranted. Kent state was a prime example, when protesters became literal TERRORISTS, igniting trees with gasoline, firebombing a university ROTC building, and chanting to KILL national guardsmen legally there. At that point, any deaths or injuries to those protesters involve is squarely on their own heads.

As I look back at that bittersweet day in June, 2004 it looks more and more like when Ronald Reagan was laid to rest, America was buried along with him.

A quick but a low mow will get rid of weeds, at least for a while before you can treat your lawn.

“If it takes a bloodbath, let’s get it over with. No more appeasement.” - Ronald Reagan

That's my view on the battle between decent people and Obama voters. No more "reasonable restrictions" on American constitutional rights, no more redistribution of our earned wealth to those who are too lazy to produce, and no more mandates for moral people to celebrate perversion. I am not backing down one inch; if the takers want to push again, let's get it over with. No more appeasement.

One wonders if the left-wing, Demonicrat domestic terrorists campaign of anti-police, anti-law enforcement, anti-use of force by police propaganda and demonstrations, starting back in Ferguson, but increasingly supported by the fifth-column leftist media since then, was part of a plan to allow the domestic terrorists and insurrectionists free reign to violently attack or kill supporters of whatever candidate sewed up the Republican nomination.

I just read HW Brands book on Reagan. A couple of weeks after Reagan said this a police officer’s gun went off, struck and killed a protestor. Reagan walked back his statement.

There is a difference between traffic stop conduct for police and riot/mob control.

If you are going to have a nation of laws and order and you make laws you have to enforce them or your objective of a nation and order is not possible.

If you draw a line in the sand and you let anyone cross it you are a joke. Before you draw the line make sure you mean it.

It is far past time to enforce the line in the sand drawn long ago but not by this administration.

You can’t allow this kind of insurrection any more than you can allow your children to tell you how to run your home or life.

And the Kent State commies also very likely caused the setting off of cherry bombs in their crows marching against the National Guard which resulted in the Guard firing in self-defense. Nobody to blame but the anti-American trash. Some of the trash were killed along with some apparent innocents who died because of the actions of the anti-American campus Cong. Kent State and the National Guard response put an end to the national campus insanity.
