The reason productive people think big government is the problem is not complex - it’s because big government is the problem. Big government takes more than half of my income each year. Big government makes it more expensive to hire people, while removing the incentive for people to work. Big government interferes with the free exercise of religion. Big government makes it much harder for law-abiding people to keep and bear arms. Big government is not on our side, and Obama is the king of big government.
In essence, the problem is only people who THINK big government!

“I hope you don’t mind me being blunt about this,” but socialism is evil. The socialism that our Progressives want to impose on us is a “gateway drug” to the level of socialism that resulted in over 100 million people being murdered by their own governments in the previous century.
That such a river of misery and blood does not give our current crop of Progressives any reason to seriously rethink the things they advocate should prove that some aspects of socialism spring from yearnings that are inherently bound to the nature of humanity itself.
