This is true, if the facts of the story is true. I’d never convict on a jury if I was presented with evidence that backs up the accused’s story.

Our laws provide the legal machinery to fairly judge and punish people who commit crimes.

Our courts have turned into a catch-and-release system for thugs and under Obama even terrorists, contradicting both the letter and the intent of the laws. When government systematically fails in their responsibility to fairly judge and punish criminals, it is our right, it is our duty to provide for our future security. This husband did exactly that, and I applaud his defense of his own life, his wife, and the community.

“I don’t want money — I’m going to rape you,” Nash slugged her in the face several times before ripping off her clothes and tossing her to the floor . . . hit her with a chair . . . Nash, who had 19 arrests on his record, was convicted for bribery and drug-related charges . . . arrested on May 14 for harassment . . . In 2003, Nash pleaded guilty to the unlawful imprisonment of a 17-year-old, who he held captive for two days, sexually abused, stabbed, and beat.

This predator should never have been free. Now he's not. Good work by Diallo!

“triggered” Ben Lurkin...

Not a problem. I think I was a bit to harsh on him/her, but as far as I'm concerned criminals don't get a free pass just because they try to flee the scene.
