Interesting. IMHO an attempt already happened. Recall the guy who charged him on the stage a rally (I believe in March) and was barely caught by the SS before they reached him..... then LET GO?
That factoid seems to have been sent to the memory hole. It has not been widely discussed as I would have expected - even on our own FR boards.
