Apparently, it is now ok use common sense to look for obvious warning signs among the Islamic population.

I work for one of the busiest airports in the country and have been waiting for someone to wake up and do this since 9/11. I remember coming back to work after 9/11 and wondering who else might be "sleeping" within the employee population and waiting to be activated.
Never thought the French would wise up before we did.

Or from Trump. In his news conference today he said that people (meaning Muslims) need to turn in their jihadis. He pointed out that the San Bernardino shooters house was full of bombs but nobody said anything.
