Mr. Craig Roberts did some economic work for the Reagan administration, but he is out of his depth in foreign policy. Furthermore, he is antisemitic.

Good article. He always has an interesting point of view.
An overly dark assessment of our situation I think. However he is correct in citing the growing anger of the American people.

Yeah, he wants to help the guy who won't throw Israel to the wolves to win. It probably doesn't hurt to have a guy a knows casinos as president. Adelson is not exactly an innocent dove, but his interests are transparent and benign compared to the alternatives.

I agree. Good points made in the article. Could very well be true that Russia and China are weaker than perceived.

Americans are a conquered people.

I disagree. Obama did not succeed in all of his goals. He did destroy the Democrat party, he did divide the races, but he didn't succeed in completely killing American capitalism. It's like a weed. Keeps coming back.

Mr. Roberts, just like all the rest, is underestimating Donald Trump, and the anger that exists in the American populace. Trump will win, resoundingly, and have a mandate to restore and rebuild the essential foundations that are admittedly teetering, but not yet razed to the ground.

We have survived Obama. But he won't go away, he will lead what's left of the Dem party, and in his delusion, wants to lead the world opposition to an American resurgence. He'll agitate, instigate, mobilize leftist masses, and seek to lead the world opposition, but he too is underestimating Donald Trump and the anger that will persist among the people.

We're going to be fine.
